What to verify for Iskandar Puteri
- What is the exact address, and which council covers it? Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP) has its office in Bandar Medini Iskandar. Its background page describes the Nusajaya development in Mukim Jelutong and Mukim Tanjung Kupang. Ask the provider for its full address, then check it on MBIP's portal.
- Does one provider run both the meeting space and the rooms for sleeping? Ask for one written quote that shows both parts. If you get two quotes, ask that both use the same dates.
- What does the day rate include? Ask which meals, breaks, equipment and meeting rooms are in it, and which are extra.
- What are the minimums? Ask for the minimum room-nights and delegate-days billed, and what happens if fewer delegates come.

- How do delegates move between their rooms and the meeting space? If they are in different buildings, ask who arranges transfers and when.

- Can any MBIP facility be used? MBIP's portal has facility booking and rental services. Ask MBIP which facilities can be rented and on what terms.
Compare the packages in the same units
Count rooms as room-nights: rooms times nights. Count meeting space as delegate-days: delegates times meeting days. Enter each package in the residential package comparator so that meals are not counted twice.
A package with a blank figure is not cheap. It is unknown, so ask the provider again.
