Who we help: find the support that fits your organisation
You know the event you need to run, but not which kind of support suits your organisation.

The short answer
We are a corporate and professional event management company serving organisations across Malaysia.
Different buyers feel different pressures. A corporation needs approvals and brand control. A secretariat needs committee support. An agency needs reliable capacity behind its own brand.
Use the buyer finder below to see your organisation type, its usual event pressures and the service that most often fits. Each type links to a page with a checklist written for that buyer.
Buyer finder
Find the row closest to your organisation. The service shown is the one that most often fits, not the only option. The scope is always agreed in writing after we understand your event.
| Buyer type | Usual event pressures | Service that most often fits |
|---|---|---|
| Corporations | Internal approvals, procurement rules, brand control, stakeholder sign-off, a team that also has a day job | Corporate event management, or full-service event management |
| Professional bodies and associations | A small secretariat, volunteer committees, member conferences, CPD programmes, annual calendar | Outsourced event project management |
| Financial services organisations | Compliance review, client hospitality approval, speaker approvals, data handling questions | Outsourced event project management |
| Industry associations and chambers | Member forums, trade delegations, sponsors, government guests | Outsourced event project management |
| Conference organising committees | Volunteer workload, many decision makers, supplier handovers | Outsourced event project management |
| Corporate communications teams | Launches, media and stakeholder events, message approvals | Outsourced event project management |
| HR and learning teams | Town halls, learning days and staff events alongside the HR calendar | Temporary or contract event manager |
| Event agencies | Peak workload, a client waiting, extra capacity needed behind your own brand | Event agency subcontracting |

What happens after you enquire
We read your message and reply with a few questions about the event, so the scope rests on facts. If it suits, we agree a short conversation to confirm the level of support.
A written quotation follows once the scope is clear, stating what is included and what would change the fee. See fees and quotations.
Where we work
Planning and project management can be delivered remotely anywhere in Malaysia. On-site support and travel can be arranged anywhere in Malaysia when needed, as agreed in the scope. Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Seremban are where we work most. See areas and on-site arrangements.

Five questions to find your best-fit support
Answer these in your own notes. They show which service and which buyer page to read first.
- Which buyer type above is closest to your organisation?
- What is the event, and what must it achieve for your organisation?
- Who approves the plan, the budget and the suppliers, and how long do approvals take?
- Which parts of the work can your own team handle, and which cannot wait for them?
- Do you want the whole event managed, or coordination of the team and suppliers you already have?
Handle it in-house, or bring in help?
Your team can usually handle this when
- Your team has run this kind of event before and has time set aside.
- The event is small, with few suppliers and quick approvals.
- You only need a plan or a checklist, which our free tools can give you.
Outside planning help earns its fee when
- The event is new, larger or higher stakes than your team has handled.
- Approvals, committees or several suppliers need one person coordinating them.
- Your team has to keep up normal work while the event is planned.
Not sure which support fits?
Tell us about your organisation and the event, and we will reply with the level of support that fits and what it would cover. The level may be full management, project coordination or a short planning review, and we agree the scope in writing.
Questions organisers ask
My organisation is not listed. Can you still help?
Yes. Choose the closest buyer type or describe your event, and we will suggest the service that fits. The scope is agreed in writing.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes. Agencies can subcontract our project management and delivery support behind their own brand. See event agency subcontracting.
Do you only serve Kuala Lumpur and Selangor?
No. Planning can be done remotely for events anywhere in Malaysia, and on-site support can be arranged when needed, as agreed in the scope.
Can I plan first and decide on help later?
Yes. An Event Blueprint or the event brief builder gives you a written starting point.
